1. Apply to WSCC Admissions 6-8 weeks prior to program deadline. 必须是无条件的 以良好的成绩被大学录取.

NOTE: It is the responsibility of each applicant to ensure that all information is on file in Admissions prior to 应用程序 deadline.

Each health program has an online program 应用程序 process which requires documents 上传和提交完成由 June 1st 进行评估.  All information must be uploaded to each online 应用程序 to be complete.  Information will NOT be accepted in person, by mail/email or via fax. Any missing documentation may result in your 应用程序 being declined.

The 应用程序 must be prepared by the applicant. Mailing address, email, and phone number must be current in order to receive correspondence. 如何扫描成PDF格式
All documents must be named as directed above and uploaded to the online 应用程序. 文件格式必须为PDF，不超过16mb.  所有文件必须清晰可读 valid. All pages of document (even blank pages, full set of page numbers) must be 上传完成. **每页只有一张图片. 如果文档包含多个 pages, these pages MUST be batched together into a single PDF document.

First time users will be required to “Create New Account” upon entering the online 应用程序. 
In order to receive 应用程序 notifications, use the most frequently accessed email “创建新帐户”的地址.

Application can be reviewed/tracked by signing in to your Dynamic Form account. A confirmation email will be sent when 应用程序 has been processed.

5.  Selection
Meeting Minimal Requirements Does Not Guarantee Acceptance.  Students are selected on the basis of completion of all program requirements prior to the deadline and ranked based on 通识教育工作表 total.

Please check email periodically for 应用程序 notifications.  一次申请信息 is submitted, it becomes the property of 澳门威尼斯人APP下载状态 Community College and will 不能从此应用程序中释放. Application data is not kept on file from previous 提交.
